Licensing Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and TrendVol regarding your use of TrendVol's desktop applications and associated documentation (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

License

TrendVol grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your personal computer(s) for your own trading activities, subject to the terms outlined herein. This Software is licensed, not sold. TrendVol reserves all rights not expressly granted.

You are allowed to:

• Install the Software on your own computer(s) for personal or commercial trading use.
• Use the Software for any lawful purpose consistent with this Agreement.
• Configure the Software's settings and parameters to suit your trading preferences.

You are not allowed to:

• Sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the Software to any third party, whether modified or unmodified.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software.
• Share your account credentials or allow multiple users to access the same account. Each TrendVol license is designated for individual use.

Proprietary Software

The Software is proprietary. All rights, title, and interest — including all intellectual property rights — are and remain exclusively with TrendVol. No implied licenses are granted under this Agreement.

Termination

TrendVol reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software without prior notice if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.

Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TrendVol does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or produce accurate results. In no event shall TrendVol be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities — arising from your use or inability to use the Software.

Modifications to Agreement

TrendVol may revise this Agreement at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Software after any changes, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
