These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules for using our website, software, and services. By accessing or using TrendVol's platform and/or website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, that's okay, but you won't be able to use our services.

Scope of Services

TrendVol provides automated trading software for the NinjaTrader platform. Access to the Software may be granted via:

• Subscription Plans:
  Monthly or annual recurring payments provide ongoing access to the Software and all updates during the active subscription period.
• Lifetime Access:
  A one-time payment option granting permanent access to the Software, including all future updates, for the life of the platform.

Use of TrendVol's Software

For a complete description of all permitted and prohibited usages, please read our Licensing Agreement. By using our Software, you agree to the following:

• Permitted Use: You may use the Software for personal or commercial trading activities, within the bounds of this agreement.
• Prohibited Use: You may not:
  • Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the Software, whether in original or modified form.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Software.
  • Share your account or credentials with others.

Violations of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without a refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for non-compliance.

Subscriptions & Lifetime Access

• Subscriptions:
  Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled before the renewal date. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Canceling a subscription ends access at the conclusion of the current billing period.
• Lifetime Access:
  Lifetime access provides uninterrupted access to the Software, including updates and newly released features, for as long as TrendVol operates the platform. Lifetime access is:
  • Non-Transferable: Access is tied to the user account that made the purchase.
  • Guaranteed for the Life of the Platform: While lifetime access includes updates, TrendVol reserves the right to modify or discontinue specific features in the event of platform closure, legal, or technical constraints.
  • Exclusive to TrendVol: Lifetime users may not resell, transfer, or sublicense their access.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with TrendVol for any reason, contact us at info@trendvol.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Upon refund, your access to the Software will be revoked.

Taxes

All prices listed on TrendVol are subject to applicable taxes, such as VAT. You are responsible for any additional taxes or fees based on your location.

Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party websites or services (e.g., NinjaTrader, Stripe) that are not owned or controlled by TrendVol. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms as needed to reflect changes in our services or policies. Users will be notified of material changes before they take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
